Do I pay when I order?
No — you don't pay upfront when you order. We'll arrange to collect payment, or you simply pay when you pick up or receive your delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take cash and other in-person methods (and card online if enabled). You pay when you collect or receive your order.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes! Choose pickup or delivery when you place your order. Delivery may have a small fee, shown at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Delivery has a small fee that's shown at checkout when you choose delivery and enter your address.
Where are you located?
Our location is on the homepage and your order confirmation. Choose pickup to get a 'Get directions' link straight to us.
What time / what are your hours?
The serving date and time are shown on the homepage for each cookout. Order ahead, then pick up or get delivery during those hours.
How do I order?
Tap 'Order Now' on the homepage, pick your plates and drinks, choose pickup or delivery, and add your details. You'll get a QR confirmation.
When do I need to order by?
For daily menus, please order by 5 PM the day before so we have time to prepare. For a cookout event, you can order up until the event.
What's on the menu?
Griyot (pork), chicken, and fish plates — served with sides like bannann peze, pikliz, and Haitian mac & cheese — plus fresh drinks. See the homepage for the full menu and prices.
What sides are included?
Every plate comes with our Haitian sides — typically bannann peze (fried plantains), pikliz, and Haitian mac & cheese.
How spicy is the food?
Our pikliz is nice and spicy! The main dishes are flavorful but not overly hot. Let us know if you'd like it milder.
Can I order for a large group or catering?
Absolutely — message us here with the date, how many people, and what you'd like, and we'll help arrange it.
How do I pick up my order?
After ordering you'll get a confirmation with a QR code. Show that QR when you pick up or when your delivery arrives — that's your ticket.
Can I change or cancel my order?
